PROCESS

STRATEGISE
We start the collaboration with a 20-minute Zoom meeting in which we will discuss your objectives, brand identity, audience, resources needed, among other things, to make sure the project will go smoothly and be completed by the deadline.
2.
create
Following what we have decided in our initial meeting, I will develop and send you 2-3 slides with the creative direction, to make sure I am going in the right direction.
3.
deliver
I will incorporate the feedback received and design all the slides of the presentation. You will then have the opportunity to make any changes you need, until you are completely happy with the result (usually takes 1 or 2 revisions).

PowerPoint
The most widely used presentation design programme, has the advantage that there are many more people who know how to use it.
Google Slides
Free to use with a Gmail account, great to collaborate in real time with your colleagues on a presentation.
KeyNote
The least commonly used, but it's actually pretty great. Superfast on Mac and with Apple's signature look and feel.
Adobe Illustrator
To create specific illustrations, icons, artwork and much more for your presentation.
Adobe Photoshop
It is a must when I need to edit photos for the presentation.

I am a graphic designer
specialising in presentation design, and my mission is to create engaging presentations that are visually consistent with your message.
I speak English, Spanish and French and I work in the three languages.
I love
what I do and I care about doing a great job every time. I enjoy finding the best layout to get the message across, and I love each of my projects where I always learn something new.

How long does a typical project take?
A typical project takes 5-7 days to complete. Faster timelines may be possible. Feel free to reach out to discuss current project estimates.
What if I am in a BIG hurry?
Other clients’ schedules may shift leaving availability for rush projects. Please feel free to reach out if you need a project expedited to see if I have availability. An additional charge applies to rush projects.
In what format should I send you my content?
You are welcome to send your content already on slides or in outline format. If you have a specific vision for a particular slide, feel free to include an inspirational graphic or description of your vision to maximize efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
What else do you need from me to get started?
If you have high-resolution version of your logo in PNG, EPS or AI format, please send it, along with any style guides you may have for your brand. If you do not have a style guide, I can follow your website style to ensure consistency of your brand.
Will I be able to edit the final presentation?
Absolutely! There may be occasional design elements that are created in Illustrator and imported in, but to the extent possible, all text is added in PowerPoint so that you can easily edit it.
Do you also offer translation?
Yes, I provide professional translation and translation services for projects that require it.
